It seems like just last week - because it was - that Minnesota's DFL Representative Phyllis Kahn and Republican Senator Dick Day were suggesting that slot machines could bring in state revenue. Now DFL State Sen. Chuck Wiger says he'll propose a Minn. bill that would allow video slot machines in bars:
