I can't wait to read the discussion on this. Bob Collins writes:
"College presidents around the country are pushing for a lower drinking age. They say it would lower the amount of binge drinking going on. This issue, of course, is of prime concern to the Upper Midwest, where binge drinking far exceeds the national average."
At time of writing, the opinion poll shows preference towards lowering the drinking age in an effort to reduce binge drinking. Would it really help? Why? Read, take the poll inline, and comment on News Cut.
