Defining who is an American
Posted at 8:13 AM on June 27, 2008 by Julia Schrenkler
While many discussions might focus on who isn't, I'd like to think that Midmorning's guests will challenge us to strengthen our ideas on who is an American and exactly what that means.
Beyond legal citizenship (which is certain to come up) there are the questions that can help us determine where national and personal identity intersect.
I hope you'll participate in this topic. It is the first of series of debates that help define our country.
