Some shared how they're keeping active
Posted at 8:13 AM on April 17, 2008 by Julia Schrenkler
Yesterday we asked how you keep active and you answered. Some responses to the online discussion:
"I walk a five mile route every day during the winter. I used to run it but age is slowing me down. Now with the spring weather, I bike to work. It's about 16 miles one way, but a stunningly beautiful route along the south side of the Mississippi." - Greg Schiller"Yoga, 1/2 hr walk 3-4 times a week. Throwing batting practice to 6th graders(that's the toughest, I'm Roger Clemmens age and might need steroids too)" - username Winston Smith
"Julia wants to know: how do you stay active and healthy? Turn off the computer, girlfriend." - Susan Budig
Other points include dancing around the house, playing golf, and taking the stairs. Add your answer.
