Minnesota Public Radio's Classical Music staff picked fourteen favorite romantic pieces for you to send to loved ones. Songs like "O mio babbino caro" from Puccini's opera "Gianni Schicchi", the Adagio from Rachmaninoff's Symphony No. 2, or even "Somewhere" from Leonard Bernstein's "West Side Story." From Bizet to Rachmaninoff (even Gershwin and Lieberson are in-between!) you're bound to find a song to send by e-mail.
Learn about the songs and send an e-card with a personal message. It might end up the gift that keeps on giving, because both you and your recipient will be entered to win a giveaway prize for fresh flowers delivered every month for a year! (See the official rules for more details.)
