Front and center this morning:
* Medtronic heads to the Supreme Court The outcome could set precedence on lawsuits against medical device designs.
* Where tiny loans make a big difference Microfinancing can have big results. Considering the amount of some life-changing loans is less than a holiday shopping trip, perspective is everything.

Bleacher Bum Chris Dall shares his assessment on the Johan Santana trade rumors:

Read and comment on MPR's Weblogs. Here are some of my picks from recent entries:
* "If there were a reliable test that could predict Alzheimer's, would you take it and would you want to know?" Bob Collins is dealing in DNA.
* In the Loop's Jeff Horwich found former Congressman Tim Penny on MySpace. Naturally, that's because Tim Penny is in a rock band.
* Learn about meteorology on Updraft. Some elements include location, location, location. And Timing.
* The Current's Steve Seel wonders if anybody really likes Christmas music. (hat tip Michael Wells)
* On Movie Natters, Euan Ker is dishing on some local fun!
