Time, time, time, what has become of thee?

Yet another message about the turning back the clocks this weekend! Actually, I do have some relevant reasons to write this:

1) This week MPR's wordplay & language podcast Grammar Grater looks "at the linguistic components of daylight saving time." Have a grammar or usage question that's grating on you? Send it in, because this is one group that loves to play with ideas.

2) Gather Contributor Sensational Sadie wrote a handy article about the daylight savings time schedule. There's a spirited discussion in the comments, so don't hesitate to share your opinion.

3) Ah, there's that long tail...from the Future Tense Archive February 15, 2007: Will early daylight savings time flummox computers? We seem to have survived, but you tell me.
