Strib reader's rep reassigned

Another change at the Star Tribune: Reader's rep Kate Parry has been reassigned to health care editor. Editor Nancy Barnes' memo explaining the change to staff available at Romanesko. In it she says the ombud role will remain but likely become a part-time job.
