At 9 a.m., Kerri Miller's guest is a Pulitzer Prize-winning journalist and bureau chief coming home after five years of reporting from Iraq. John Burns, the new London bureau chief for the New York Times, shares his hopes for the country, journalists covering the war, and the wife he leaves behind in Baghdad.

At 10 a.m., Kerri talks with wine critic Mike Steinberger. He can tell you why a $700 bottle of wine is so special, why Sauvignon Blanc is overrated, and why wine writers describe wines the way they do. Steinberger is Slate's wine columnist.
