Midday: Teaching math and Sen. Joe Biden

The results of the high school math tests released earlier this week were not very encouraging. At 11 a.m., we'll talk about how to teach math, and how students learn math. Mike Mulcahy's guest is Deer River math teacher Karen Teff.
