Midmorning: Anne Lamott and Bruce Feiler
Posted at 7:43 AM on June 7, 2007 by Bill Wareham
At 9 a.m., essayist Anne Lamott talks with Kerri Miller about her latest book, Grace (Eventually): Thoughts on Faith, which returns to the theme that spirituality can be both difficult and rewarding, but never offers easy answers. Lamott is also the author of Traveling Mercies and Blue Shoe.
At 10 a.m., author Bruce Feiler explores modern day Biblical lands and the landscape of faith. He'll talk with Kerri about his journeys to Israel, Iran, Iraq and how his travels drew him away from structured religion. Feiler's latest book is Where God was Born.
