Midday: Tim Penny and Marcus Mabry

At 11 a.m., former DFL congressman and state senator, and former Independence Party gubernatorial candidate, Tim Penny will talk with Gary Eichten about the "divided government" at both the federal and state levels.
At noon, Marcus Mabry of Newsweek magazine talks about his new book Twice as Good: Condoleezza Rice and Her Path to Power. He spoke at the Commonwealth Club of California.
