Circulation and revenue is down at the Star Tribune, leading to another round of layoffs. At 11 a.m., Gary Eichten will discuss the future of the paper, news coverage, and its impact on the community with Star Tribune Managing Editor Scott Gillespie and professor Jane Kirtley from the University of Minnesota.
