Special coverage of Gonzales hearings
Posted at 6:03 PM on April 18, 2007 by Bill Wareham
MPR News stations will provide live coverage of the Senate Judiciary Committee hearings on Thursday featuring Attorney General Alberto Gonzales. The hearings begin at 8:30 a.m.
This will pre-empt some of Morning Edition, likely all of Midmorning and much of Midday, at least. But we think Gonzales' appearance to answer questions regarding the dismissal of several U.S. attorneys warrants the break from regular coverage.
