Oberstar booked for Morning Edition
Posted at 5:30 PM on March 22, 2007 by Bill Wareham
The big Iraq supplemental spending bill is scheduled for a vote tomorrow in the U.S. House. Eighth District Rep. Jim Oberstar says he'll vote for the bill, which sets a deadline to end U.S. involvement in the war. The Minnesota delegation's senior Democrat is scheduled to talk to Morning Edition's Cathy Wurzer in advance of that vote.
Cathy spoke to Republican Rep. John Kline and Democratic Rep. Betty McCollum about the bill this morning, but of course you can still find those interviews online.
