Midday: Changing demographics and obesity

Kate Smith sits in again for Gary Eichten. At 11 a.m., Kathryn Roberts of Ecumen and Peter Nelson of the Center of the American Experiment discuss their research about demographic changes in Minnesota and the need for long-term care for the elderly.
At noon, former FDA Commissioner David Kessler and Allen Levine of the University of Minnesota talk about obesity, as part of the University of Minnesota College of Continuing Education's "Great Conversations" series.
