Midday: Changing primary day and AZ Gov. Napolitano

At 11 am., DFL state Sen. Dan Larson and Republican Sen. Chris Gerlach will be in MPR's Capitol bureau to discuss a proposal to move Minnesota's primary election day from September to June...and other proposed changes to the state's voting laws. Larson and Gerlach sit on the Senate's elections subcommittee.

At noon, a speech on immigration reform from Arizona Gov. Janet Napolitano, chair of the National Governor's Association. Napolitano, a Democrat, spoke Tuesday at the National Press Club in Washington.
