Midday: Education commissioner and Brian Williams

At 11 a.m., Minnesota Education Commissioner Alice Seagren will be in the MPR studios to explain the governor's proposals for change in Minnesota's schools.....and to answer MPR listener questions.
At noon, Brian Williams, NBC's Nightly News anchor, speaking at a New York Times forum on "new directions in delivering the news."
