Midday: Education MN plan and confronting the nuclear threat

At 11 a.m., Gary Eichten's studio guest is Judy Schaubach, the head of the state's teachers union, Education Minnesota. The union is out today with its five-point plan for education in Minnesota- and its priorities for the 2007 legislative session.
At noon, a new documentary from America Abroad called Bomb Scare: Confronting the Nuclear Threat.
