Carr on blogs: You gotta feed 'em

NYTimes culture reporter/media columnist (and former Twin Cities journalist) David Carr writes about the place blogging now occupies in his professional life:

For those of you who don’t have a blog yet, think of one as a large yellow Labrador: friendly, fun, not all that bright, but constantly demanding your attention.

I don't have Carr's readership, but I understand what he's saying about blogs competing for time with traditional journalistic pursuits.
