Midmorning: Met Council's agenda and arts journalism
Posted at 7:39 AM on December 20, 2006 by Bill Wareham
The Metropolitan Council turns 40 year's old next year, but what's in store for the next four? At 9 a.m., Marianne Combs, sitting in again for Kerri Miller, will discuss the agency's agenda with Met Council chair Peter Bell.
At 10 a.m., Marianne, who's an excellent arts reporter in her own right, takes a look at the declining state of traditional arts reporting with the editor of an online journal devoted to arts coverage. Her guest is Douglas McLennan, the editor of Arts Journal.com. He's the former arts columnist and arts reporter with the Seattle Post-Intelligencer and the Seattle Weekly.
