On his last day, MPR Senior Vice President for News Bill Buzenberg will be Gary Eichten's guest at 11 a.m. to talk about the news - past, present and the future.! We at MPR are, sadly, losing Bill Buzenberg, who will become the executive director of the Center for Public Integrity in Washington.
At noon, tentatively, a speech by historian Stephanie Coontz, author of "Marriage: A History: From Obedience to Intimacy, or How Love Conquered Marriage." She spoke recently at Century College in White Bear Lake.
I really wanted to hear that great Stephanie Coontz speech again when I got home from work. Too bad the link only has the first hour of midday.
