On Morning Ed: 5th Dist congressional debate and avian art

Posted at 5:32 PM on October 17, 2006 by Bill Wareham

MPR's Brandt Williams will have a report on Morning Edition on the Tuesday night debate between DFLer Keith Ellison, Republican Alan Fine and Tammy Lee of the Independence Party. They're all vying to replace retiring congressman Martin Sabo, D-Minn, in Minnesota's 5th District, covering Minneapolis and some western suburbs.

Sea Stachura takes a look at the 5th annual art show put on by a group called Bird by Bird. If your idea of avian art is some variation of the traditional ducks in flight wildlife painting, well, this isn't that.
