On ATC: NWA workers lose in court, the Ford plant fate. And, yes, more political debates.

Northwest Airlines flight attendants lost a round in court today when a judge said they can't go on strike. Probably not the last word on this dispute, though. Martin Moylan will have a report.

Automaker Ford detailed its restructuring plans today, which include buyout options for all employees, including those at the St. Paul assembly plant. Doesn't look like the fate of the plant will change; it's still slated to close in 2008. Toni Randolph has that story.

Tom Scheck will report on the debate between 5th District congressional candidates, which took place in our studios today on Midday (full audio here.) Tim Pugmire will report on the debate between attorney general candidates.
