Worth going back for a listen

Posted at 4:17 PM on July 14, 2006 by Bill Wareham

I neglected to mention in yesterday's Morning Edition preview that Cathy Wurzer sat down to talk to three generations of Ford workers from the same family. Robert Dean, 77, started at the St. Paul assembly plant in 1949 and worked there for 31 years. His son, Edward Dean Sr., 54, started in 1971 and worked 33 years. He retired two years ago.

This is one of those segments that drew high praise in our daily review of the news cycle, and thanks to this wonderful Internet thingy you don't have to miss out on it just because you weren't tuned in this morning. It's available online here.
