Bush news conference about to start

The Supreme Court ruled this morning that
President Bush overstepped his authority in ordering military war
crimes trials for Guantanamo Bay detainees.
The president is expected to address that ruling in a news conference about to start live on MPR News stations and online via the Midmorning "Listen" link on this page.
