During a quick trip to Montreal over the weekend I stumbled across this little scene.
In a small park about a mile and a half from downtown a couple of people had set up a projector in a bandstand and they were screening a black and white documentary on homelessness. The film was in English, and so was subtitled for local French-speakers.
It was a slightly chilly night, but there were people sitting on the benches and watching, and a few passersby like me who stopped a while.
Just a couple of film fans, trying to raise some awareness on an October night.
It kind of gives you the urge to get a projector doesn't it?
