Taylor Negron and Logan Heftel practice what Negron says is the 'Lana Turner smile'
Taylor Negron says he likes to riff. One thought leads to another, and that leads to a story, which leads to a connection, and so on. Actually it led to a book, which then led to a stage show where Taylor says he tries to tell two good jokes, at least one of them risque, to every page. He performs with Logan Heftel, a Minneapolis musician he bumped into in a coffee shop in Utah. The show seems to have a little of everything. When we chatted I heard about Lucille Ball, Three Dog Night, Charles Manson, and a host of other people.
You can hear a sample here, and hear Negron talk here, and see the show here on Saturday.
