A new tribal-state compact between Minnesota and the White Earth Nation reached earlier in the week laid oud guidelines necessary for the tribe to regulate and operate cannabis businesses outside the reservation.

Army Sgt. 1st Class Andrew Jay of Indianapolis has been dutifully guarding the Tomb of the Unknown Soldier at Arlington National Cemetery for the last two years.

Russia and Ukraine have exchanged hundreds more prisoners as part of a major swap that amounted to a moment of cooperation in otherwise failed efforts to reach a ceasefire.

Menaandawiwe Wellness Campus will be located on East Franklin Avenue, along the American Indian Cultural Corridor in south Minneapolis. Construction is expected to be completed by May 2027.
