One of the great things about working at a place like MPR is you get to see the interactions between people who happen to bump into one another as they pass though the corridors to and from the studios.
Obviously it was time for a snap!
Redgrave has a particular interest in photography as her daughter Anabel is an accomplished photographer.
They collaborated on a project documenting Redgrave's struggle with breast cancer and her subsequent recovery. The pictures, paired with writings from Redgrave's diary are currently on show at the Minnesota Center for Photography.
In the lot Redgrave posed with the Camera Van, chatted briefly with Blank (left,) and then dashed for the airport, leaving him in the tender clutches of ATC's Tom Crann, a self-described camera nut.
Speaking of radio, Kerri Miller's hour with Lynn Redgrave is well worth a listen, both for the story of how she dealt with her illness, but also because of their conversation about what it is like to be part of such a famous acting family.
