Hot Loop on Loop action

In the grand scheme of things In The Loop is a fairly obvious name. It was only a matter of time before someone used it as a movie title. But luckily for us, that person was writer and director Armando Iannucci. And the movie is smart, funny, political and newsy . . . just like our show, right?

In The Loop is set in Washington D.C. and follows the misadventures of British politicians who get swept up in the American in fighting our nation's capitol is so famous for.

We talked with Iannucci about how his movie got it's name and why there are much worse movies our show could be associated with.
