So, there's been a lot of bullying on the brain around here -- bullies at the office, on the road, on our backs. But let's face it, it doesn't always take some creep at work to tear your sense of self to shreads. Sometimes all it takes is your inner bully.
Some days, all you notice when you look in the mirror are the bags under your eyes and how your pants are starting to feel snug. Maybe you worry you're not smart enough, or you should have something more interesting to say to strangers at parties.
Don't be distracted by these negative thoughts - play computer games instead!
