Ok, maybe I'm woefully out of it and everyone but me has seen this. But I just ran across it, and I have this here blog to fill, so I'm sharing it with you all.
I imagine users of office tech support will get a certain chuckle from this. Those who supply it will experience a somewhat deeper and more sinister enjoyment...
