Schoolhouse Rocks!

So...I'm toying with the idea of "Schoolhouse Rock" as a format for a segment in this next show we're working on. I'm settling down to do some research, and just thought I'd share a bit of the nostalgia. (Thanks, YouTube!)
At left, the one that started it all: "Three Is A Magic Number." On the right, the one most people seem to remember: "I'm Just A Bill."
I will now attempt to treat "Schoolhouse Rock" as a genre, just like we've used reggae, bluegrass, and soul music in previous shows. Somehow it seems a little more daunting...
