Jordi worked behind the scenes to help three Duke University Law School professors put out a 77-page comic book on the facts about (and threats to) "Fair Use" copyright doctrine. I know, I know -- sounds dull. But this is important stuff, and the comic, "Bound by Law," does a pretty good job bringing it to life.
The comic makes a compelling case for how ignorance (or, more likely, willful disregard) of Fair Use can shape the system far more than the actual written law and established court precedent.
The comic is a product of Duke's Center for the Study of the Public Domain.
