October's "In The Loop" is here!
It's a take on election-season unlike much of anything else you'll hear. And -- in the words of one reviewer -- it's "a hoot." As always, there are two ways to listen:
1. Download the MP3 (right-click this link and choose, "Save Target As...")
2. Stream the show on your computer using RealPlayer

Some highlights from "Voting and its Discontents:"
(Links point to individual stories on MPR's news site)
Our house band for this show was The Smarts, who offered up great interludes and an original tune for the season: "Why Can't People Think Like Me?"
Whaddaya think?

The Northfield-based podcast/radio show/blog "Locally Grown" has a nice write-up of our most recent show in the UBS Forum (premiering on air Oct. 20), along with some swell photos and a video.
Locally Grown contributor Griff Wigley also added some of his own thoughts to the topic of "Voting and Its Discontents." Listen to Griff's audio comment -- we're glad to have it, and we'd love to get more of these if anyone else is so-inspired. They're great potential material for the podcasts we expect to be debuting soon.
