Game on

Posted at 2:17 PM on March 25, 2008 by Michael Marchio (2 Comments)

Lawmakers returned today from their Easter break, and each chamber held perfunctory sessions to process a few, mostly technical bills off of the Consent Calendar. The House Environment and Natural Resources Finance Division will be holdings a couple interesting hearings after 6:00 tonight. Here's a couple to look out for:

HF863 - Rep. Melissa Hortman's California Emissions bill

HF3437 - Rep. Frank Moe's Star Lake bill, a companion for Sen. Mary Olson's bill that I wrote about here.

HF2998 - Rep. Lyle Koenen's Free lifetime state park permits for perminantly disabled veterans.

I'll have a post later about shady campaign literature, and one bill's quest to stop it.
