There have been some questions in our comments section and e-mailed to me asking about trades. Instead of a trade function, if there is a lawmaker whose performance you're unsatisfied with and think deserve some time warming the bench, you can put them on waivers.
After logging in and selecting the lawmaker you want to put on waivers using the "Team Waivers" button at the top of the page, you'll be able to select a replacement from the pool of available legislators. Here’s a hint, the unclaimed lawmakers will have the total points they’ve earned so far next to their names. You won’t get those points just by picking up the lawmaker, but it’s a good indicator of how productive they are.
On Sunday night, we will make the changes you’ve requested during the week. The lawmaker you've put on waiver will be sent to the available pool and the one you've selected will join your team. If two people select the same lawmaker from the available pool, the team with the lower total points will receive them. So on Monday morning, the team you see is the one you’ll have for the rest of the week.
I'll be posting later on this afternoon about the session thus far, so check back for that.
If there are any questions about this, send them my way.
Team Managers need to log in to
In order to get the list of available [unclaimed] legislators in their league.
Remember: When you put a legislator 'on the bench,' they become available for other team managers to pick up.
