Smoking bill on Senate floor

A very interesting debate is underway at this hour on the Senate floor (Watch). It's the smoking ban measure being carried by Sen. Kathy Sheran. I almost always enjoy the Senate debates. They're usually quite focused and respectful, and full of good information that usually makes me think twice about how I feel about a measure (this is an old, outdated concept, I realize).
