Pawlenty signs bill
Posted at 6:30 PM on March 20, 2007 by Bob Collins
Gov. Pawlenty has signed SF1499. That nets big points for Sens. Bonoff and Wiger. But it's a bitter pills for Reps. Holberg; Greiling; Mariani; Buesgens; Demmer; Hornstein; Ruth; Tillberry; Bly; Lenczewski; Slocum, right up until the moment when the House substituted SF1499 for their version, HF1425.
The bill allows students to participate in high school league-sponsored activities after completing licensed treatment programs.
See? The Senate isn't always at an MFL disadvantage.
