There's still flooding in counties southwest of Duluth but the latest National Weather Service dispatch shows things there are easing.
The city of Moose Lake -- an island on Thursday -- is no longer urging emergency-only travel and the town is accessible from the north along County Highway 61, according the latest weather service update.
Highway 61, though, remains closed from Rutledge to Sturgeon Lake. Towns south of Moose Lake are expected to see flooding, the weather service said.
