Here's what it looked like in Rochester yesterday.
A pedestrian crosses Broadway at Center Street while others choose to use the overhead skyway to stay dry and warm as rain, and occasionally sleet, fall on Rochester, Minn. on Tuesday, Feb. 28, 2012. The National Weather Service says a storm could dump up to a foot of snow in a swath from Little Falls and Brainerd through Hinckley and Duluth by Wednesday.
