It's 7 p.m. and that means Minnesota's non-binding caucuses have officially kicked-off.
Ron Paul is the only candidate who will be celebrating in Minnesota tonight.
He's doing well in the polls here, but Paul told MPR's Mark Zdechlik that he's "cautious about making bold predictions."
Minnesotans "love liberty because that's all I talk about," Paul said. "They don't like wars, and they sure don't like the Federal Reserve, and they don't like the economy they have."
Minnesotans are particularly interested in protecting civil liberties, too Paul said.
"This state is more interested in that than other states," he said.
Here's Paul's schedule for the evening:
Coon Rapids Middle School
11600 Raven Street Northwest
Coon Rapids, MN 55433
Speech to caucus-goers
Maple Grove Junior High School
7000 Hemlock Lane North
Maple Grove, MN 55369
The Metropolitan Ballroom & Clubroom
5418 Wayzata Boulevard
Golden Valley, MN 55416
In the meantime, check out WNYC's caucus results map here, which allows you to track results by county and community type.
