Duluth closes non-essential city offices

Duluth city offices and facilities will close immediately due to the deteriorating conditions from the blizzard, officials announced.

"Essential services" remain operating.

The Duluth Zoo is also closed and skating at the Heritage Center and Bayfront Park are canceled today, the city said.

Officials expect city offices will resume regular business tomorrow.
