With Minnesota's caucuses set for Tuesday, Local and national media are going heavy on the presidential politics and the state's potential role. Here's some of what we're reading.
Endorsement or no? The Boston Globe is reporting that Minnesota Rep. Michele Bachmann may be poised to endorse former rival Mitt Romney for the GOP nomination. But Bachmann's camp this morning says nothing is imminent.
Two-person race? Despite his trouncing in Florida, Newt Gingrich is pointing to his prior win in the South Carolina primaries and casting himself as the conservative choice for Republicans over Mitt Romney. Trying to sharpen the choices, Gingrich declares that it's now a two-man race to win the Republican presidential nomination.
An early poll put Gingrich ahead of Romney in Minnesota.
