Stock market's loving retail sales data

Holiday sales from Black Friday are making lots of people happy. U.S. stock markets this morning are rising as investors react positively to National Retail Federation data showing Black Friday weekend sales hit $52 billion nationally.

The Midwest was slightly more conservative over the weekend, spending $382.35 on average, compared to $431.56 in the northeast, $394.29 in the south $383.22 in the western states.
