Are Twins back from the dead?

I still can't believe it.

Shortly after turning off the TV in disgust last night with the Rays leading 8-6 in the eighth, I received a text messaging from a friend informing me that the game was now tied.

How could that be? The Rays were 77-1 when leading after eight. (Remember what that was like, Twins fans?)

Of course. I flipped back to the game. However I must admit I expected the Twins bullpen to hand the game right back to the Rays in the bottom of the ninth.

But they didn't. Joe Nathan looked like Joe Nathan instead of Ron Davis. And once again the Chicago White Sox looked worse than the Twins.

Is this the victory that resuscitates the Twins playoff push or will they flatline in Tampa this weekend?
