Food survey

Seeing as I'll probably be in the lovely air-conditioned Metrodome all weekend, I might as well make an entire day out of it: show up early for BP and autographs, watch the game, run the bases after the game, etc.
Since I might end up spending my entire day there, I'll need to have a few meals somewhere in there. I've started to shy away from the Dome Dogs because of their almost clockwork-like indigestion. A friend suggested the quesadillas at the Mexican vendor, but I wasn't feeling it that day. Any suggestions or dining guides for the Dome?
