It's called "sequestration" and it's got a lot of Minnesota businesses nervous. When the congressional "supercommittee" failed to reach a deal on reducing the deficit last year, it triggered a set of massive federal spending cuts that will take effect January second. Congress may change or reverse those cuts -- but there's no clear deal in sight.
