Peter Smith
Commentator
Minnesota Public Radio
Humorist, writer and commentator Peter Smith lives in Hopkins, Minnesota. He writes magazine articles, fiction, poetry and an occasional op-ed piece. His short stories appear in writing competitions now and then. His three as-yet unpublished novels have been to New York several times, where they were considered and rejected by bored Wellesley English majors sipping Tab from cans through straws while waiting for it to be time for lunch. He also blogs about life and politics at huffingtonpost.com. When all else fails and the wolf appears at the door, Smith has been known to resort to writing advertising—a fact that he and his siblings have gone to great lengths to hide from his mother.
